This End-User License Agreement governs the limited license granted to use the software components of the WealthCloud360 platform and explains the restrictions, ownership rights, updates, and termination terms that apply.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and any commercial terms applicable to your account, WealthCloud360 grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the software components of the Platform during the term of your authorized use.
You may not copy, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Platform, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
The Platform is licensed, not sold. WealthCloud360 and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform and all related intellectual property rights.
We may release updates, upgrades, patches, or feature changes to the Platform at any time. We are not obligated to continue supporting any specific feature, integration, or version.
Certain software components may be provided under third-party or open-source licenses. Where required, those licenses govern the relevant components.
This EULA remains effective until terminated by you or WealthCloud360. Upon termination, your license ends immediately and you must stop using the software portions of the Platform, except as otherwise permitted in writing.
