3.2 Billing Terms

By purchasing a paid service, you authorize WealthCloud360 or its payment processor to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription amounts using your selected payment method.

3.3 Renewal

Unless otherwise stated in writing, subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing cycle until cancelled before the renewal date.

3.4 Price Changes

We may change pricing for future billing periods by providing advance notice as required by applicable law or contract.

3.5 Suspension for Nonpayment

We may suspend or terminate access to paid services for failed payments, chargebacks, or overdue invoices.

3.6 Refund Policy

Because the Platform primarily provides digital services, software access, onboarding, data processing, and professional coordination, payments are generally non-refundable once access or work has begun. Exceptions may be granted in WealthCloud360's sole discretion for duplicate charges, documented billing errors, or legally required refunds.

3.7 Third-Party Purchases

WealthCloud360 is not responsible for refunds or credits relating to products or services purchased directly from third-party partners, vendors, advisers, or resellers.
