Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the WealthCloud360 website, software, dashboards, forms, communications, mobile experiences, AI-enabled tools, and related services, collectively referred to as the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all policies incorporated by reference.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, household, advisory firm, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

WealthCloud360 is an AI-powered Virtual Family Office platform designed to help individuals, families, homeowners, business owners, and licensed professionals coordinate planning, workflows, education, and introductions through a unified digital ecosystem.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, WealthCloud360 is a technology platform and coordination service and does not itself provide legal, tax, investment advisory, broker-dealer, insurance underwriting, escrow, title, or accounting services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Platform.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain the security of your login credentials, and promptly update account information when needed. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subject to these Terms, WealthCloud360 grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for your internal personal or business use.

You may not use the Platform to violate law, infringe another party’s rights, interfere with security, scrape data without authorization, transmit malware, impersonate another person, or misuse communications, forms, workflows, or partner network access.

All content on the Platform, including reports, dashboards, calculators, educational materials, templates, AI-generated outputs, and suggested next steps, is for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, tax, investment, insurance, accounting, or other professional advice, and no fiduciary, attorney-client, advisor-client, or similar professional relationship is created solely by your use of the Platform.

The Platform may generate summaries, recommendations, outreach drafts, workflow suggestions, reminders, data enrichment insights, and other outputs using artificial intelligence, automation, or third-party models.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all outputs before relying on them or sending them to any third party.

The Platform may introduce or connect you with independent third-party professionals, service providers, or partner firms. Those parties operate independently and are not employees, agents, joint venturers, or legal representatives of WealthCloud360 unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

WealthCloud360 does not guarantee the availability, pricing, licensing status, quality, legality, outcome, or suitability of any third-party provider, and any engagement with such provider is solely between you and that provider.

The Platform may use APIs, licensed datasets, CRM connectors, public records, property data, financial data, communications tools, analytics tools, or other third-party services to deliver features or enrich records.

We do not guarantee that third-party data is complete, current, or error-free. You acknowledge that property values, ownership records, demographic indicators, and similar enrichment data are estimates or sourced information and should be independently verified.

By providing contact information, you consent to receive transactional communications from WealthCloud360 related to your account, service delivery, onboarding, security, billing, and operational support.

Where permitted by law and subject to your choices, you may also receive marketing communications, including email and SMS. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe or STOP instructions provided.

If you submit content, data, documents, notes, messages, recordings, images, or other materials through the Platform, you retain ownership of your content, but you grant WealthCloud360 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the Platform.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to submit such content and that doing so does not violate law or third-party rights.

The Platform, including its software, workflows, text, designs, graphics, branding, databases, compilations, reports, and other content, is owned by WealthCloud360 and or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, frame, mirror, republish, or commercially exploit the Platform or its content.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the Platform in a way that may harm WealthCloud360, other users, or third parties.

Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to WealthCloud360 under law or contract.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WealthCloud360 and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or anticipated savings arising from or related to the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of WealthCloud360 for all claims arising out of or relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars, or the amount you paid to WealthCloud360 in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
